when linkworth Pay commission？

Last month, I met linkworth Union,so i do it.my count already have 80$,the linkworth have not paid for me.
so,i write the email to the linkworth.the reply to me.
Payouts are processed every 10th of the month as long as you have met your minimum balance. Please keep in mind that you *must* meet your balance prior to the 1st of the month renewals.

i set the minimum balance is 25$,this month 10th,they will pay me 80$. ho ho,my $$$$
